Strength Development PROGRAM SIGNUPS

Our Winter 2025 Strength Development program class schedule and signups are now available! (Not familiar with this program? Check out the Strength Development info page to learn more.) We start with Workout #1 the week of January 27, so if you want to participate, sign up and grab your preferred classes soon!

Strength Development class Schedule

The program will start the week of January 27 and run until the end of April (with 2 bonus/makeup weeks at the end). We’re offering a variety of class times to work with many different schedules:

Plans and Pricing

We’re offering 3 different plans which will allow you to attend Strength Development classes anywhere from 1-3x per week. (These plans are flexible, so if you’re going on vacation for a week, you could use that week’s class another time.) Each plan also includes 2 bonus classes that you can use for the extra weeks at the end of the program, or any other time!

Note that if you sign up for the 1x/week Strength Development option, we recommend that you also attend one of the other strength-based classes (BODYPUMP or GRIT Strength) at least once a week. This will help you maximize your strength gains!

The listed price is the total price for the program, which is 12 weeks plus 2 bonus/make-up weeks at the end. Members (those with a FLX Unlimited or FLX Plus recurring monthly membership) will automatically get the reduced price (50% discount) from the non-member price.

Scheduling Your Classes

After you purchase your plan, you can flip forward in the calendar to reserve your spots in all of your desired classes for the entire length of the program! (We can also do this for you if you let us know what sessions you’d like to attend.) If something comes up and you’re not able to attend a session, you can cancel and look for an open spot in another class that week.
