Strength Development PROGRAM SIGNUPS

Our Spring 2025 6-week Strength Development program class schedule and signups are now available! (Not familiar with this program? Check out the Strength Development info page to learn more.) We start with Workout #1 the week of May 12, so if you want to participate, sign up and grab your preferred classes soon! The signup window closes on Sunday, May 18.

Strength Development class Schedule

The program will start the week of May 12 and run until the end of June (with 1 bonus/makeup week at the end). We’re offering a few different class times throughout the week, so hopefully there’s at least one that works with your personal schedule!

Plans and Pricing

We have 2 different plans which will allow you to attend Strength Development classes either 1x or 2x per week. (These plans are flexible, so if you’re going on vacation for a week, you could use that week’s class another time.) Each plan also includes a bonus class that you can use for the extra week at the end of the program, or any other time!

Note that if you sign up for the 1x/week Strength Development option, we recommend that you also attend one of the other strength-based classes (BODYPUMP or GRIT Strength) at least once a week. This will help you maximize your strength gains!

The listed price is the total price for the program, which is 6 weeks plus 1 bonus/make-up week at the end. Members (those with a FLX Unlimited or FLX Plus recurring monthly membership) will automatically get a 50% discount off the non-member price.

Scheduling Your Classes

After you purchase your plan, we highly recommend that you reserve your spots in all of your desired classes for the entire length of the program! (We can also do this for you if you let us know what sessions you’d like to attend.) If something comes up and you’re not able to attend a class, you can cancel and look for an open spot in another class that week, but we’ve found that advance signups really help people stay on track with the program!
